Insurance Claims
We Handle the Insurance.
You Drive Away.
Most customers never talk to an adjuster. We document the damage, file the claim, push back on low estimates, and coordinate everything with your carrier — start to finish.
The Process
How We Handle Your Claim
Free On-Site Inspection
We come to your home or office. No drop-off required. Jeremy or a certified technician assesses every panel, documents every dent under a PDR light bar, and gives you an honest picture of what your claim should cover — before you commit to anything.
We Open the Claim With Your Carrier
You don't have to navigate the insurance phone tree. We initiate the claim, submit our licensed appraisal documentation, and coordinate the inspection with your adjuster. If their estimate comes in low — which it often does — we file a supplement with full documentation to get the number right.
Repair at Your Location
Once the claim is approved, we schedule the repair at your home or office. Most jobs are completed in 1–3 days. No paint. No filler. Your vehicle's finish stays factory-original. We invoice your carrier directly.
You Collect Your Payout
On qualifying claims, your carrier pays us and you pay nothing out of pocket. We walk you through what to expect at every stage so there are no surprises when the check arrives.
Why It Matters
A Licensed Appraiser Changes the Outcome
Most PDR companies send a technician who can fix dents. Jeremy is also a licensed vehicle appraiser — which means he can formally document damage in a way insurance carriers are required to accept, file supplements with authority, and push back when an adjuster's estimate doesn't add up.
That's the difference between getting paid what your claim is worth and accepting the first low number your carrier offers.
Common Questions
Insurance Claims — What You Need to Know
Hail damage is covered under the comprehensive portion of your auto insurance policy — not collision. If you have comprehensive coverage, you're covered for hail. If you're not sure, we can help you check during a free inspection.
It means your insurance claim covers the full cost of repair, and you pay nothing from your own pocket beyond your deductible — which on qualifying jobs we can work with you on. Not every customer qualifies, and it depends on your policy terms and carrier. We review your specific situation during the free inspection and give you a straight answer before any work begins.
No. You have the legal right to choose your own repair shop in Oklahoma. Insurance companies may recommend their preferred vendors, but they cannot require you to use them. You choose who works on your vehicle.
Insurance adjusters often underestimate hail damage — especially when inspecting from the ground or in poor lighting. A supplement is an additional claim filed after the initial estimate when we document damage that was missed or undervalued. As a licensed vehicle appraiser, Jeremy files supplements routinely and knows exactly how to document damage so your carrier pays the full amount owed.
Comprehensive claims (which include hail) are typically treated differently from collision claims. In most cases, a single comprehensive claim does not result in a rate increase because the damage is weather-related and not caused by driver error. We recommend confirming with your specific carrier before filing.
From your first call to completed repair, most insurance jobs take 1–2 weeks depending on how quickly your carrier responds. The actual repair is typically completed in 1–3 days once the claim is approved. We handle the coordination so the timeline doesn't fall on you to manage.
If your carrier determines the cost of repair exceeds a percentage of your vehicle's value, they may declare it a total loss. We'll let you know during the inspection if we believe that's a risk based on the extent of damage. A PDR repair is often far less expensive than a body shop repair, which can work in your favor.
You are not required to get multiple estimates under Oklahoma law. One qualified estimate from a licensed appraiser is sufficient to file and process your claim. We provide a thorough written estimate that documents every dent, panel, and repair scope.
Had Hail? Don't Wait.
Hail claims have no fixed deadline, but damage documentation gets harder over time. The sooner we inspect, the stronger your claim. Free inspection, no commitment.
