SMS Terms of Service
1. SMS Program Overview
Pro Finish Works LLC dba Hail Depot operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with customers and leads regarding repair estimates, appointment scheduling, appointment reminders, job status updates, and follow-up messages.
By submitting your phone number through any form on hail-depot.com and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Hail Depot at the mobile number you provided. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
2. Message Types
Messages you may receive from Hail Depot include:
- Confirmation that your inquiry was received
- Appointment scheduling and confirmation messages
- Appointment reminders (day-before and day-of)
- Technician arrival notifications
- Job completion notifications
- Follow-up messages regarding your repair or claim
- Review requests after service completion
We do not send unsolicited promotional blasts. Messages are triggered by your interaction with our team or your submission of a form.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your service stage. You may receive up to 10 messages per job or inquiry, from initial contact through post-repair follow-up. You will not receive messages unrelated to your service inquiry or active job.
4. Rates and Charges
Message and data rates may apply. Hail Depot does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier may charge for SMS or data usage. Check your plan details with your carrier.
4a. Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and all other wireless carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Hail Depot is not responsible for messages that fail to send or are delayed due to carrier network issues.
5. How to Opt Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message from Hail Depot. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further messages will be sent, except as required by law.
You may also opt out by calling 918-708-1600 or emailing info@hail-depot.com and requesting to be removed from SMS communications.
Opting out of SMS does not cancel any scheduled appointments or active repairs.

7. Consent is Not Required for Service
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of receiving services from Hail Depot. You may request a quote, schedule an appointment, or complete a repair without consenting to SMS communications.
8. Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with all major US wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and regional carriers. Carrier availability may vary. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8a. No Mobile Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS program to any third party. We will not share your opt-in data or consent status with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing our services.
9. Privacy
Your phone number and information submitted through our forms are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our SMS program constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
