1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing hail-depot.com or requesting services from Hail Depot, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are between you and Pro Finish Works LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company doing business as Hail Depot ("Hail Depot," "we," "us," or "our").

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Services

Hail Depot provides paintless dent repair (PDR) services including:

• Hail damage repair
• Door ding and minor dent removal
• Insurance claim assistance and coordination
• Mobile on-site PDR through our Express Dent Repair service

All services are performed by Pro Finish Works LLC or authorized subcontractors. We reserve the right to decline any job that is outside the scope of PDR or that presents safety or technical limitations.

3. Estimates

Estimates provided online, by phone, or by email are based on available information and are not guaranteed final prices. The actual cost of repair may differ based on a physical inspection of the vehicle.

Insurance estimates are subject to your carrier's approval process. Hail Depot will work with your carrier to document damage accurately. The final approved claim amount determines the scope of repair covered under your policy.

We will notify you of any material difference between the estimate and the actual cost before beginning work.

4. Insurance Claims

Hail Depot assists customers in coordinating hail damage claims with their insurance carriers. We do not guarantee any specific claim outcome or payout amount. Claim approval, coverage determination, and deductible requirements are solely at the discretion of your insurance carrier.

"Zero out-of-pocket" refers to situations where your insurance claim covers the full cost of repair. Not all customers or claims qualify. Your deductible, policy terms, and carrier decisions affect your final out-of-pocket cost. We will review your specific situation during a free inspection and provide an honest assessment of what to expect before you commit to any work.

Hail Depot does not waive deductibles in exchange for repair work. Any representation to the contrary is unauthorized.

5. Warranty

Hail Depot warrants all PDR work performed by our technicians against defects in workmanship. If you are unsatisfied with completed repair work, contact us within 30 days of job completion and we will review the concern and, where warranted, re-perform the affected work at no charge.

This warranty does not cover:

• New damage occurring after repair completion
• Pre-existing paint defects, scratches, or rust
• Damage caused by subsequent hail events or accidents
• Dents or damage not included in the original repair scope

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle and damage
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible for inspection and repair at the agreed time and location
• Provide accurate insurance information if filing a claim
• Review and sign any required repair authorization prior to work beginning
• Make payment in full upon job completion, unless other arrangements are made in writing

7. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless we have agreed to bill your insurance carrier directly. Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit cards. For insurance jobs, payment is typically made by your carrier directly to Hail Depot.

8. Limitation of Liability

Hail Depot's liability for any claim related to services rendered shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of use of the vehicle.

9. SMS Communications

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on any form on hail-depot.com, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Pro Finish Works LLC dba Hail Depot at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment confirmations, reminders, job status updates, follow-ups, and review requests.

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per job or inquiry. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of SMS does not cancel any scheduled appointments or active repairs.

Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, share, or transfer your phone number or opt-in data to third parties for their marketing purposes. For full SMS program details, see our SMS Terms of Service.

10. Website Use

You may use hail-depot.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to scrape, reproduce, or redistribute any content from this site without written permission. The Hail Depot name, logo, and site content are the property of Pro Finish Works LLC.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
